Record the route from the gate to the work area
Gate instructions alone are not enough on a large industrial site. The sheet follows the vehicle and equipment route to the named work area, noting turning limits, inductions, local contacts and working hours. It also marks the pump position, water supply, hose route and recovered-material location. The water jetting site information sheet gives the visiting company that local route in advance.

Record the gate instructions, vehicle limits, induction, permits and site contact before the provider travels.
Reserve the jetting and recovery area. Mark equipment positions, services and the hose route.
Complete the agreed cleaning task. Identify permits, exclusions, drainage and waste controls. Record the result before leaving. State inspection, completion check and removal arrangements.
