Product history and deposit condition are not the same
Heat, age and contamination can turn the original product into a deposit with very different cleaning behaviour. Process history or a sample may explain more than appearance alone.
Deposit identification affects the whole cleaning plan
The latest product label may not describe material changed by heat, age or contact with another substance. Process history, an earlier cleaning record or a safely obtained sample can explain whether it is likely to fracture, soften or dissolve. Uncertainty stays in the job record until it is resolved. That is why deposits need to be identified before jetting is specified or priced.
